10. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Personal and financial data are normally deleted within 90 days of unsubscribing or the BETA ending.
  • Diagnostic and technical data may be kept longer in anonymised form for research and performance monitoring.

If you choose to continue with the full Butterscotch product when the BETA ends, your data may be securely transferred to the live platform so that you don't need to start over. Before this happens, we'll let you know what's changing, share the new Privacy Policy for the full product, and give you the option to opt out or request deletion before your data is moved.

We'll always handle your information with care, and you'll stay in control of what happens next.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect improvements or legal changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you directly by email.

12. Children's Privacy

Our BETA program is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years old. If we discover that we have collected such data, it will be deleted immediately.
